I have the same Problem, it ony sync Adress and Mobile Number and ignores others .. Hic ..hic..

better off backup up your phone you cannot sync microsoft outlook to p800 cause it only picks some numbers but doesnt COMPLETELY sync.

I've given up on sync completely! It screwed up my MS Outlook Address BooK! It's garbage software, I hope someone comes out with something else.

just try to backup your phone it's the best of all the rest rather than sync them. beleive me friend.
