> Name List in SIM card memory

caff:
Been using Nokia phones for more than 8 years, this is the first time owned SE phone. Well, its inconvenient to have entries saved on phone memory for people whom always change their phone or sim card. Moreover if you upgrade the firmware, all the entries in the phone memory will be erase. Not only me but there are many people out there still prefer to have entries save on sim card for some reason.
the " /h " bother me because its look different from what i originally set and also if i put my sim card to another phone other than SE, the entire entries will look like that too. isnt it annoying if you need to edit one by one to remove the /h when you change your phone next time ( to other brand) ?

When I upgraded my T610 to R1L firmware, all my users data are still there including the phonebook entries. You can also use some IR phonebook program to edit sim card phonebook.....like I got the MA-600 IR device, there's a program on PC for you to edit phonebook entries !

I'm using Tekram IRmate 210. Can you tell me what program are you using to edit the T610 phonebook ( phone and SIM ) please? I dont like the software come with the phone and dont know how to use too..
