@ dw - searches are all good - but its a little difficult in my circumstances - see I only view this website during work hrs - were i work were not allowed to be on the net! - so if i reply on this site i pretend im doin an email and copy paste the text onto the site, which is minimised most of the time. (reason being i cannot be caught with the website open typing silly messages into what appears to be a forum on the net - let alone flaffing around doin searches!!!!!!)

However CW said that if anything goes wrong.....because ur still in warrenty u get a new phone..bla bla bla etc....!

time untill you get what you where looking for this time

Only I want to upgrade mine but the nearest 'authorised' centre is some 60 miles away! I have a CPWH only 5 miles away.(do all CPWH stores do the upgrades?)

the CWH in nottingham, i just turned up and gave them the phone. They have a repair centre upstairs. There are 3 CW in nottingham but only 1 did the upgrades so I would check with them before making a trip
