Any one can tell me why the quality on my previous t616 is much better then my recently purchased t618? pictures taken from the cam have such a big difference it makes me wanna cry. Please answer?!?!?

good idea, but my friend is soon about to leave malaysia.
a conversation with SE took so long time that there is no time left to try to find out if it is possible (for sure) to install the language or not.
I had an idea that my friend would go to a store and ask to see a T610, then write down an IMEI and sms it to me. I could then ask SE to verify the IMEI if there are any limitations concerning langauages. but it would take too long time...
