i got one of those internal mem drives which takes all card under the sun i can copy 100Mb in a minute
and their is no differance in transfer speeds between high speed duo and normal speed duo this is what i have found from my research
other flaws with 128 Hi speed duo are:
cheaper thinner plastic
crapper paint which scratches off
No lock switch

so, if 256mb duo does work, and from what ive heard is 2 switchable 128mb duos, then wouldnt a 512mb duo with 4 switchable 128mb duos on one card be theoretically possible?
