Ok,
1. Make a back-up (only memory card) with you're SE software on the PC
2. Put the new card in the phone en format this card
3. Restore the settings with you're SE software on the PC

on the P800 you have to tick the boxes on the screen that tells you what file types the phone can see. i have the 900 now so i can't tell you where it is, but it is there somewhere.
