No, you have to go into the "remove programs" control panel. See if Shop at home agent is there. I had already uninstalled it ( I thought) but went back and had to uninstall it TWICE to get rid of it.
Bloody hell.....one STUPID piece of crap totally screwing up my beloved P800.
