Just to give an alternative opinion on AppForge...

While I agree that it is memory intensive, without AppForge I would not have been able to get EveryDaybase running on my P800.

It is a database app that enables me to store all my 400+ DVDs in a searchable form so that when I'm shopping I don't buy duplicates. As a basic database, of course, it can do much more than that.

I tried using Catalog but it was too slow with the number of records I was using (but excellent customer support when I was having difficulties).

Don't get me wrong - I am not advocating AppForge Booster, merely pointing out that there are some instances when it's a good thing. It all depends on your needs.
