the only problem i've had with
is when i sent my phone to be repaired (it had a software problem) it came back with a big black hair under the screen, it dosen't sound like much but it was really ignoying even the sales man aggreed, so i had to send it back again (we couldn't take the cover off because the sales man said it'll break the warrenty), and now i'm still waiting for my phone to come back again and they've had the phone longer then i have had it

Well, here in Croatia, I got my phone back from the SE service scratched (T610 battery cover)! When I asked what was that, the dumbass in the service said "it wasn't us!" I know it wasn't scratched before. Phisical damage is not covered by warranty, so no new cover for me! Oh yes, I almost forgot... soft. upgrade takes 3 days!!
