i got the same option for information exchange, but i opted not to send them to my PIM.
maybe Ben.Cook's case is similar to yours, and the item was sent directly to outlook.

I can not choose anything but a PIM manager for PIM transfer service. My choice is basically limited to Outlook or Outlook Express, I can not save PIM items to a folder for example... Note that this only applies to PIM items, all other items are handled by the File Transfer service
It appears that the "print sms" card is a PIM item. I wonder if there is any plugin for outlook that can handle them...

I believe the audio gateway is the new thing in 1.3.2.7...
