i dunno how to do it on SE phones but i know on blokia phones( i was an owner of one for 3 years) anyway

get logomanager (obtain a serial number in any way poss(i do not condone warez))
then in logo manager theres an option to send flash sms. send it to your phonebut start the message with a space. then you can edit the one on your phone but dont delete the space and the header will still be there. for more info visit www.nokiafree.org
