hi out there....

i've got a T610 and just got my USb cable DCU-11 today... i was so pissed off when i found out that u cant send pics from your phone to your pc ( check the sonyericsson site before this and they said nothing about the cable not being able to send pics to the pc)

anyway lucky for me i know a guy who ahs a bluetooth pc and i'm goin over this weekend to try to hook my phone up to it...
i just need to know how i do this (i know i have to go to add devices on the phone) and the steps i'll have to take to get the connection going from the computer. And also what sony ericsson software i'll need? the image editor?
Also what will have to to click on to get the phone to upload the pics to the computer ( win XP) or will it be automatic....

thanks alot...

The only thing you need is BlueTooth software (stack) installed.
All you have to do is open BlueTooth File Transfer (found under T610's services), and use it as an ordinary windows folder...

I hv an MSI BT dongle
works amaze

the range is limited by the weakest range
I'll explain y

consider device A (| | r the limits of device A) and device B (:: limits of device B)

the ranges touch each other, but unfortunnately the range of A cannot reach B
| A |: B :

the ranges intersect, but once more, the devices are not in range of each other.. no communication can be made
| A :| B :

A is in range of B, so B can send to A, but A cant send to B
| :A | B :

both are in range, communication can now be established
|: A B : |

the devices must actually be in range.. cuz then ur sending off ur data to a signal that means nothing

Err lets just say it like this nice and simple.

the 100M device will be able to see the 10M device but the 10M device wont see the other. and so a connection wont even happen ontil they are both within 10M.

Maybe people understand that better ?
