The times I have used O2 the staff made me feel like sh*t. Because they hadnt heard of my technical problem the sales person told me that to go to where i bought it and turned her attention to something else. You need to be more customer aware/focused.

calm down---the hours i spend showing people how to text, set up mms, put on £10 pound vouchers, changer their best friend number on philips or motor-rollios (as the older gerneration love to call them), is crazy. about half my time is spent on the phone sorting these problems out, so that is why we dont have occassionaly enough time to show the latest technology to people. customers do have a tendency to come to my shop and other o2 shops with problems with the products even though they get stuff from the stink or cpw or phones4wan*kers.
great story-woman came into shop after getting mixit on t mob from the stink- got a t68. got it home had phone numbers already on it. took it back. manager said that he had been using it as a personal one. he wouldn't swop it!!!!!!!
and left the woman crying!!!-now thats great customer service
mebs
to be honest i wouldn't know where start with p800-as most stores dont stock them due to too much of rival to xda. im sticking with my xda and then getting xda 2 rather than p900. just like them

@Philzee - you should use \"The Mobile Phone Shop\" thats in the Overgate. Its never busy and nearly always two very friendly staff in it. The one up opposite tesco, i totally agree its is a nightmar to get serviced. Many times the assistants have ignored me and went to other customers. Its really bad.

Well well well, your store doesn't give the customer the choice because o2 are scared they might buy the P800 instead of the XDA, that is presicely why people stay away, o2 stores are all about profit & not about giving the customer the chance to see ALL available phones, also starting your conversation with "calm down" is a regular thing for a o2 shop manager i guess,
Can't knock Scotland though, i got up top Edinborough (during festival), & then Glencoe for some walking & a week driving around the west coast during this hot summer & i just love it up there, visited some "out of the way, off the tourist route" places as well like, mennock hills, not far from you.
