I have the same problem using Norwegian T9. Seems like a bug to me.

Same issue here. It only capitializes the very first letter of the SMS even in Ab mode.

Just one touch of the star key as you start a new sentance will give you the capital, but i agree its not correct, shaall we throw our phones away ... or wait to see if it get corrected first ??

Yes.. You shall throw your phone away... And P800 users will pick it up (ones who can be patient to wait for new firmware released).
