hi massseur it's me again...after looking at all the firmware versions you have posted...mine doesn't seem to match any. i have the R1S001..and when i called ericsson they said that was the latest.

well I haven't heard of that firmware version but assuming it is a T610 and not a T616 or T618 you have I can only assume you have a branded T610 (from T-mobile perhaps) and perhaps they have not updated the firmware for that branded model?
maybe Cytech can shed more light on this when he comes online later

yes,at a SE center.Its free if has a warranty,otherwise u have to pay, and no, i dont know how much.
