It doesnt have a touch screen. I was saying the p900 does.
I dont know about wap. GPRS etc... over XHTML I would have thought would kill wap anyway.
I dont mind the screen size. Its still large compared to most other mobils, and I find pics on my 3650 look a treat. I'm sure it will be even better with the brighter 65k screen.
What other features does the p900 have that the 6600 doesnt?

Well, the P900's jogdial is a nice feature, and makes the phone very useable
P900 doesn't suffer from the 100kb or 10-15 second video recording limit imposed upon the 6600 either
Then theres the 3D games and Mophun support for P900, don't think 6600 will handle such "welcome additions"
Whilst 6600 uses MMC cards, which are notably cheaper than MS Duos, you need X-Ray vision to discover their location... under the cheap plastic, and somewhat flimsy, battery cover!... how silly is that - think of all the bare-bum nokias that this will induce when those little plastic clips go a-flying!
Theres also a few more MB useable internal memory on the Sony, may save a life one day... who knows !
And whilst the screen sized is dismissed, it is the probably the most costly and useful part of any mobile device these days, so the bigger the better!
unlike...
The larger hips and fuller figure of the 6600 which also suggest wasted space to me... maybe Nokia should 'av put her on a diet or just ditched the one-size overjacket for something sleeker, maybe leather clad (they appear to be into material designs and covers lately in an effort to out do Siemens in the most pointless shape/keypad/feature competition)... a smaller form factor would have made it better than it is... ok so the P900 ain't small, but at least it looks like there's very little excess air lurking inside...
And the 3650... don't start on that one... what a hideous looking thing... I am surprised they survive nokias quality control test... the fall from that ugly tree must be quite large to say the least... though, that it still works after all that is a credit to it i suppose !
The biggest, most bestest, greatest, wonderfullest, fantasticalist etc(ist?) reason for having a P900... you can be a member of this forum, and feel at home... (now i bet that makes the decision worthwhilst eh?) heheheh

If for a moment one was thinking of getting a Nokia (oh the humanity!), which one would you choose?

nothing in the current lineup. if forced i'd say either 5140 for durability because i usually go to the beach in summer, or 6230 despite a probable battery life of 2.5 minutes. i usually like to avoid a model which is the first of its kind to allow the manufacturer to iron out the bugs (this goes for anything: phones, cars, etc.). let someone elso be the guinea pig, and i'll pick up the revised edition a few months after release.

Well- they got money out of me to buy one
The must have done alright, because they went and made the 3660
Forbid me for saying it, but I actually like its look. The 6600 is better though.

Hey I dont own a p900, and I still feel at home here
Thanks for that guys.
I wanted to know if I would be missing out on anything really important by getting a 6600 instead of a P900....looks like I wont be.

I'm also making a choise between P900 and 6600
For me it looks like the P900 will be the winner due
to a cpl of things.
1) online updates
2) touchscreen
3) stereo playback of mp3 (nice then you wont have to have another
device for music with you)
4) mp3s as ringsignals and other alarmsignals
5) Bigger screen without being alot larger (better screen/phonesize ration)
The pros for 6600 was better memorycard slot and cheaper price
thats about it.
