Does anyone know how many custom words in total you can add before the memory is full? It doesnt seen to be very many at all. One way to get to know would be to do a master reset and then add worda, wordb, wordc etc and then see where it stops. The irritating thing though is that you have to exit SMS and enter again in order to know if the word sticks. Anyway, it seems too much trouble, and I also dont want to make a master reset... -jas This post was posted from a T68i

The T9 user dictionary is not supposed to be able to get full. It should automaticly delete the least frequently used words to fit new ones.

619, were you referring to me? SE should fix this on the next firmware upgrade. My Nokia 6210 never had this problem. There are only 3 factors why I shifted to an SE mobile: Stable blue tooth, GPRS This post was posted from a WAP device

619, were you referring to me? SE should fix this on the next firmware upgrade. My Nokia 6210 never had this problem. There are only 3 factors why I shifted to an SE mobile: Stable blue tooth, GPRS and Color. TonyG from the Singapore forum forwarded my issue to an SE software engineer. He told me to wait a day or two for their reply. Let's just hope there's an alternative solution other than a master reset. This post was posted from a WAP device

@R2D2:

You say that the T9 should drop out unused words and start adding in new words. I guess that is what should be happening in theory, but since I first noticed that my dictionary got full I haven't been able to add a single new word successfully. If you are right then SE must have crapped up the T9 implementation.

In any case, that the phone sometimes says "Added to Dictionary" when it doesn't, that is for _sure_ a bug.
