It is traceble. There will be a tick mark on the sms icon in the sent sms folder, once the sms has been delivered.

@gowin: you should try to turn off the statusreports if you havent done that already. if your phone doesnt make that sound anymore when you havent received a sms you know that the deliveryreports are the problem.

hmm ... I'm positive it's not the SMS status report because it should've been consistent everytime I send an SMS to anyone.
