Hey T-shirt and foxhunter.... the 3 numbers you mention work fine, it's only if you have 2 "mobile" numbers that it messes up. Try it, put in 1 work mobile and 1 home mobile on one of you contacts. Only the work mobile number will sync with Outlook.
I have tried it with all versions of Outlook and no luck
@ Jonny5:
Ah, yes... multiple phone numbers under the same category / type are impossible to be imported by MS-Outlook. I guess this is because MS-Outlook has only a single category for each type of the phone number. I mean there is only 1 entry for: Mobile phone, Home phone, Office/work phone, etc. While P900 allow its users to select any category they like for every phone number, this can cause multiple mobile phone number in a contact name, for example.
I do not know which one is better (having multiple numbers under the same category OR having a single number for each category), but I keep the most active / important number at the first entry of each category like these:
# Mobile (w): 111-1111 --> this is the most important number
# Mobile (w): 222-2222
# Mobile (h): 333-3333
# Phone (h): 444-4444 --> this is the most important number
# Phone (w): 555-5555
Hope this help.
