I am using GREEK VODAFONE CU SIM card.
I get the same welcome note on my P800 .
The note was
WELCOME NOTE: How are you?
There was only cancel and ok
Now I don't get that welcome screen and I really don't know what I did to remove it.
Now if press Online Services I get this message
Online Services are not available on this SIM
I don't know what I did BUT there is a way to remove it....
