Microsoft will tell you that 64kbps wma is as good as 128kbps mp3, if you believe that you'll believe anything though, 92kbps is similar to 128kbps mp3, 128kbps wma is probably slightly better than the equivalent mp3. So in reality you could probably squeeze a bit more on with wma at the same quality, dont recompress your mp3's to wma though this would sound crap, far better to leave them be or if you must - change the bitrate to 96kbps mp3. Changing between formats means you lose twice as much sound information.
