Well, then it depends on how long the caller likes to wait for you
If you have no redirection to any voicemail etc, then it should ring until the caller hangs up.

Nope, i tried to call to my friend who haven't voicemail & diverts and calling was ended after 60 sec.
I think it depend on operator settings.
For example another our operator has less time.

Yes, it is also network dependent. The provider likely won't want an unanswered call to keep ringing and waste bandwidth.
