i think nokias do it as well now dont they.my girlfriend has just got a nokia 6100 ( she likes the look and only ohones and txts) and i put my sim in to make a call and put hers back in and she lost her sms s.
not that its a problem.
i agree with people on the security issue.
dont see why its a problem you only take your sim out once in a blue moon surely.

I agree that we should be able to use the dynamic memory 94 sms that i can get isnt enough and the mms is stored on memory. And security. Thats what the security code is for. Iv set it so if i put another sim in it i have to enter a code.

Surely you don't need to carry all those around at all times??
Am I the only one who deletes them after reading unless they contain something important, such as passwords... in which case they are backed up on my pc...

Im a lazy person, i cant be bothered deleting them. And the ones that i keep are important anyway. I have sms's that are over 4 months. I only delete txts when i have to.

yes, always copy your phone book and sms to your sim card!!!!! never use your phones memory for phone book entries or sms if you know you switch your sim card from phone to phone!! not SE's fault at all!
