the bottom line is that you need to be patient and let the phone dry up naturally. I did not use hair-dryer....afraid that it might overheat the chip.....
As an advised....you need to strip the phone completely (may need special screwdriver to remove the cover)...water tends to collect between the LCD screen and the PCB. When i detach the LCD screen from the pcb (quite easy).....I could see lots of soap powder dried up between that area....wash with mineral water...and let it dry for 3 or 4 days....

Trust me...it will work....but I don't recommend you folks to try this out unless your phone go for a "swim".......

I have one suggestion for you: Make a backup copy of the stuff stored in your phone as soon as you can, because water damage is quite nasty. It works like a timebomb. You phone will work today, but maybe tomorrow it will die completely tomorrow killing all your information.
