> What is the tone indicator doing?

Doesnt this happen when the phone automatically switches themes / silences the phone when you have an appointment in the calendar happening and you have the phone set to change profiles by itself??

This TONE INDICATOR only exist on THEME PREVIEWS and it means that the theme has a rintone included.
Load this theme on your phone and there will not be a note there. It's a TCP feature.
