I tried that too,but when you save it as a text notepad will do ansii,unicode,or some coding like that,that's why.
So we need a program that knows how to make those conversions.

Ooops! so I did, typo....
Anyway, my tests had the .jpg extension and of course it doesn't work. As for a program to convert the junk text back to .jpg, I really don't think there is one. This is not least because the jpeg compression algorithms are designed to work with image files (primarily bitmaps, I presume) and not text files.
I may be wrong, but I've never heard of anything that can do this.
