I got mine and I'm not impressed at all so far. It only reads MP3s encoded at 96kb/s or above which means I have to re-do most of mine which were done at 56kb/s meaning less music per MS Duo. Not only that, but it only works with those encoded with Real player, not Musicmatch - although the user guide says that one of the MP3 encoders which it supports is Musicmatch.

The battery supplied was rubbish, it only gave me about 2 hours playing time, I'm hoping for better performance from a shop bought battery.

As for the storage, it says this on the SE website

A free and easy digital music player and Bluetooth™ wireless mobile phone handsfree all in one. You have hours of your favourite music in a stylish mini music player. Hours more on a spare super slim removable Memory Stick® Duo. And the headphone unit as your reliable handsfree. The handsfree microphone is built into the HBM-30. When a call comes in, your music mutes. When a call ends, it plays on. The HBM-30 works independently of your phone and is very easy to use. It has familiar controls and all the functions you expect from a cutting edge digital music player.

Although it's not very well worded, that to me suggests that there is internal storage as well as the MS Duo. Anyone found this yet?
