Globe sucks!! i join this Autoload advantage, where they automatically load your phone with 300 pesos from your bank account. well guess what?????? i deposited the money, loading date arrives, i didnt recieve my LOAD, what in a world is happening????? like i'm about to file a lawsuit!! errrrrrrr.............. i called the globe customer service representative, and they told me "REST ASSURED" your load's gonna arrive about 24 to 48 hours!! what??? are u kidding me??? am i suppose to wait that long to find out this is a PHRANK globes playing on us!!!

globe's customer service really sucks bigtime. their rules and policies are confusing and i think most of the time they are biting off more than they can chew. they have major announcements and launches but they almost always fail to push through after the initial rush. "ningas-cogon" in other words...
comparatively speaking, smart is more reliable because they have been in the industry longer. remember the "bill-crusher" commercial? in which there was this man who swung a bat at the high prices? quite nostalgic, huh?

actually, globe was ahead in the industry by one year. and they used GSM 6 years earlier than smart. it was just that they were not as aggressive as smart in terms of marketing strategies.
but the other things you said, its quite true.
nauna nga ang globe. pero nahuhuli pa rin kasi nga, ningas cogon. tapos, hindi pa marunong mag-alaga ng mga customer!

makasingit lang. isa pang problema dyan sa globe na napansin ko lang. kasi prepaid account ako. tapos pag nag wa wap ako ang bilis maubos ng load ko. ang nakalagay sa site e 0.15/b ang charge pero sobrang laki ng nababawas sa akin. nag download ako ng ringtone e nabawasan ako ng 50 on top of the price of the download. bad trip!

I really dont trust over the air reload coz oneway or another we will experince this kind of problem. I am currently under globe prepaid, but I rarely use this autoload service since im aware that I might not recieve my load on time.
It is very seldom I use this only if its emergency & I buy my autoload only to my trusted suking tindahan.
Pero yes its truly frustrating to know that this system has flaws, & to think they claim to be the country's digital leader.

Oh and I've also experienced that auto load delay for 3 hrs! that's why I've switched back to smart and suncell

@kenskir i understand your clamors because i was a globe monthly line subscriber before... they really charge me not accordingly with my calls and text usage.. not only that, (im not being biased here or something..) but most of globe's frontline employees dont have good Cust service skills..
