you better b hoping the mods r in a good mood and you better apologise-quick! my mums iraqi and i find that extremely offensive. last person who said something abt my race had a brick smashed on his head! run, little racist!

People forget about banning. I think everyone should have his right to say whatever he wants. I live in Israel and hates it too over here. He said hes a Muslim lives in the UK, so I bet he knows what he saw in his history before he left his home country. Some muslim countries are indeed cruel to there civilians. By the way if I left the sh*t hole I live in (Israel), I would have said the same things about it. Even though its the only democratic, liberal and non-Muslim country in the Middle- East, many ppl cant stand living here. And if I saw another Israeli on the net I could defently find myself feeling free enough to tell him as an X-Israeli to an Israeli that he lives in a su*ks place

Now about hkk04- I know what you're talking about, SE servie is not the best service ever if u know what I mean. I think this quality came from the Sony side of SE...
and I think the service in our countries is quite similar... (sucks..) maybe the british guy wasnt so wrong, maybe we need to live in a more western country to get the service we deserve. Here they're opening a fully SE representative only now.

Irrespective of the woderful law and customer rights we have I have suffered awful service. A garage introduced a fault in my wife's car and persuaded me that it had been there previously. The point is that you have poor business pratice everywhere. British Man you ignored that the Nokia dealer was very good in that muslim country.
