One of my mates actually signed up for one a while back for a Nokia 7250i when they were brand new out, and did actually recieve it.
But then he was lucky enough to be 2nd on the list so it only took about 50 mugs paying their 20quid for him to get his phone....
Look at the economics though 25x20=500quid, and if the folk running the site can get a phone like that for 300sim free even when it was new its a nice way to make a profit.
Bet most of the sites dont actually bother to send out any phones though, just stick fake names at the top of the list and rake in the cash.....

The mobilematrix offer is genuine but you have to remember that a) you can't change lists and b)new phones keep getting added so the one you sign up for quickly becomes out of date, people stop signing up for it and then you're buggered by the looks of it!
