I've made an "ignore fature on most of the phones at work:
Make a contact in "Phonebook" called ignore.
Create a ringtone in "My ringtones" as silent, add that as a personal ringtone to the person/number you want to ignore.
Voala! You never notice the call until you see it in "Lost calls".
