IMHO insurance fraud is not ok (of course) but this is only a discussion and generally when this is discussed most people do not condone it so there is no harm in disuading people from doing it.
Have we forgotten the recent "
Fraudulent activity... LOL" already?

I certainly don't condone this kind of behaviour, and i would take the offer to sell it to Fingers, cuz that's what'll make the difference between heaven and hell eventually
But doesn't an insurance company want to see traces of burglary or a broken car window and opend glovecompartment before they replace it?
Just wondering...

Ive got a p800, and insurance through CPW, but Ive read on here, tho I cannot find where now, that there has been a few problems with the CPW classifyings the p800 as insurable under their T+C?
has anyone ever had problems making a claim?
I really should know what cover I have

but I dont, i just know its £26 something a quater, or so my statements say

anyidea what type of cover that gives me? I'd have a look at the documentation I was given but my house is a total mess atm Ive noidea where the cat is let alone phone insurance

I wouldn't rely on Celestica to replace your faulty handset with a brand new one, one of my friends was unlucky with Ericsson, he kept having problems with his mobile, and of course had them sent away to be repaired. He always received a reconditioned one, and in some cases the replacement was even worse than the one sent for repair!

@switchbitch I'd be inclined to advise you just to stick it on ebay. As long as you take an actual photo of the phone and put it on your auction page, you should be cool. I mean, I did that with my old 6310i, got a good price for it, and I was 100% honest about it's condition. Better than faffing around with insurance, no?
