After 3 days in charger, the now turns on, but with the charger in, but as soon as i take out the charger, it dies again, even if i leave it in for 5 hours on with charger in, it shows the battery thinggy on top moving but as soon as i take the charger out it dies on me???

check with the battery connectors and also if the battery is loose. or else
when did you get the mobile, is it under guarentee, is so get is replaced
if not buy a new one

it's the software that manage your phone, it your case the problem is the phone's operating system...haven't you tried to bring your phone to semicon? they can upgrade your phone's software to the latest software provided by Sony Ericsson exclusively to authorized service centers only like semicon...so far R4C revision is the latest operating software for SE T610...fyi
