I have a siemens m55 with a 4096 colors screen but the colors are fade,I mean the red in not really red but orange,etc...the colors are not alive if you see what I mean,so I will experience a far better screen with the T610?
The shokwave demo of the T610 in the official SE site is exactly as the true one,or the screen is better in demo(marketing!) ?

kgrajesh has already bought the phone since he is now asking questions about it in "Display colour" so no more need to tell him to get it!

bought a t610 (from a t68i) on sunday!

imo:
advantages:
- great fone, easy to use
- excellent screen (havent tried in daylite yet)
- everything u wud expect from a SE fone

disadv:
- bigger than t68, seems bulkier
- on Orange, no "WAP" menu like t68i which is annoying
- re-arranged extra characters on keys (space is in a diff place!)

You won't hear the ringtones in a noisy room, even if you turn op the volume of it with PSM Player.

The menu's are really slow, but next to that, it's a great phone. (Just read all the advantages )

Bigfeat what do you mean by "no"?
I tried yesterday the t610 in a phone shop, the screen is better than expected and the volume perhaps is not as high as samsungs but surelly higher than siemens,I have detected 2 negative point:
-menu is very slow(i don't know if with a upgrade it gets faster?)
-melodies are ascending(it's a reason why I want to get rid of my siemens)
But all the rest are perfect, the camera is not extra but I don't care,I have a digital camera fuji 2.1 mp

definitely yes!

the t610 is one of the best phones in the market today.

re: slow menus
a firmware upgrade will help. i think the one they put on demo stands is the one with the oldest firmware -- hence the slow menus. i have a t616 and i don't have any problems with the menus. my phone sw is R1A054; i believe they have a higher version out now.

re: ascending ringtones
we can't do anything about this, unfortunately. this is the phone's way to protect the user's ears. i believe SE is required by law to do this.

Now that a dealer is proposing me for 60$ more a T630,is it worth to pay that much more for a better screen? how much is the screen better 10% , 20% , 40%??? I made some search in this forum but I didn't get a clear answer on this question apart that it's better on daylight!
