Update:
I only noticed days later that the keyboard´s backlight doesn´t work - i only have problems with that in the dark.
But something worst happened yesterday - my lcd is now full of stripes!!! So, i will have to do what some guy in a portuguese forum advised: change the lcd (he told me i can do it for 35 euros).
Since i will send it again for repair i will ask them to fix my joystick problem (see another thread) and the keyboard´s backlight. I also will buy new faceplates (red), because the original is full of scratches (red is also cooler than grey one).
Ah, everything else (sounds, bt, gprs, sms, mms) is working normally.

@ Arez,
mate, it's a write off! You've got a bit too attached to this blower. You'll probably spend all this wedge on it and then corrode...what then??
If I was you I would place it ceremoniously back in the shitter and flush!

Maybe, but i´ve been around some gsm hardware repair forums and people tell me it´s possible to stop the corrosion by using an ultrasonic cleaner machine...i think it was used last time my t610 was for repairing...the only thing that was damaged since was the lcd, the rest is working fine.
I talked to a repair company in Lisbon and they told me the price of a new lcd, and confirmed that the repair can be done...i only have to pay if there is total recovery (keyboard backlight included)

Yes scooby, you know that.
I swear, some folks on this forum need their heads checked, it aint healthy to have intimate feelings for a brand of phone.
It aint worth it, think of the heartache you'll cause to your friends and family when sent down for lewd acts with a mobile in a public place.

People, c´mon, i´m just not prepared to give another 250 euros for a phone, at least till the 7250 is on the shops

, and if it can be done for less that 100, i´ll try it.

Update!
Last friday, i got my t610 back from the repair shop (non-se).
It came has new, with new mainboard, lcd, keyboard and joystick. I also bought the original red covers.
It also came unlocked and with SE´s original software (without network icons).
I payed 70 euros. Considering the price for a second hand unlocked t610 here in portugal, i think i made a good deal.
Now i´m gonna get the special gdfs that makes you get almost 2,8 megas of free memory!

In the first topic he says that battery showed 9 % in FMA. What is this? Is it possible to see your remaining batterylife on your T610?
