GPRS is back to normal on my fone.
. They have taken almost 7 hours to rectify whatever problem they(Hutch) had.
In the process, while accessing the wap site of esato my fone got frozen for the first time with my battery logo vanishing and smearing of the browser data all over the screen. It took me 5 minutes to get back to the homepage.
.
Some how i feel that the GPRS providers in India should have waited for some more time before providing the right quality to the users. I've already have enuff of complaining about the services but the tech support they have is nothing but absolute immature and un-informative.

i completely agree 200%, as i have never seen a tech support site for any tech gadgets other than
for their real good tech-info even beating the crappy microsoft newsgroups where all they say is call our customer support which is toll free and speak some good words and give us some more loads of shitty patches and SP's...
