Dear Sirs,
First, I'm very sorry about the delays in our response time to costumer emails, but we're receiving many emails every day, most of them from the new internet virus. We're doing our best to solve this issue.
Sometimes we work at the weekends, but that's ocasionally.
Just to let you know, we're not American, but Portuguese, so our english is far from perfect. We just hope that our costumers understand what we're writing.

oh, and i was just about to say that they're not american, because when you do a whois search on their domain, it doesn't return as a US address, and also when you send an SMS, you can notice that the time is a european time, GMT+1 (i know southern europe is 2 hours ahead i think).
