Have you tried searching on google or on esato for the service numbers which go in the sms text options in your phone. Eg the number needed to send texts etc. This number should be a standard number that your operator provides. I suggest seraching for that or ring your operator and ask tehm for the number you need and any other settings you may require.

If you have AT&T in the US, then the standard service center number is "+19078319301". But this shouldn't do anything. I hope it does, though.
