its possible phone to phone but its expensive. Buy a cosmote Sim and use it 'roaming' in Sweden,now you can send and recieve MMS from Greece.I did it a couple of months ago during my stay in Australia. using a Vodafone Netherlands Sim in Australia i was able to recieve en send MMS between Netherlands and Australia.But its a shame that it won't work between the different providers :-(

Sure, I see your point and everything - but this is really not an option, as then I either have to get yet another phone (use a "low-price" operator on my T68i) or have to switch simcards all the time.
Also, the process of both buying credits and sending MMS would be both un-necessarily complicated as well as EXPENSIVE when being in another country most of the time (like "99%" or so).
I'd much rather put pressure on the operators to finally get their act together.

correction... I said that the network provider need to update their MMS server to version 1.2 or else their customers can't send MMS to other countries.

As long as there is no Interconnect-agreement, there is no Inter-connectivity.
What MMSc are you talking about? There are more than one manufacturer, you know?!!!

@rencomp Yes... It's a bunch of crap!!!
Of course, I can say that my operator, Telia, isn't the most "agile" company I've seen.
Telia is a "state-owned" company and my colleagues have told me horror-examples from their connections both as customers and doing consultant for them.
Actually, Telia is used as a badexamples in when it comes to education and courses.
In my particular case; Cosmote isn't the best either. State-owned and rigid as well.
I've heard from a company that works with SMS / MMS-delivery that Cosmote have closed their network to outside connections when it comes to MMS in particular.
Though, the advantage of Cosmote is that when a Cosmote-customer sends a MMS and the recipient is outside their network, the recipient gets a SMS from "MMS" with a login / password to a special webservice-page.
