Nop. That's not the issue. The problem is Nokia's 6100 doesn't even has a "Send through IR" option.
I think this send/receive feature is disabled on purpose.
Just think. if you want a picture from your friends phone you can just get it over MMS.
And that's the joy of the carriers.

if u have a 32bit midi player, u will be able to play 24bit. if u have a 24bit player, u can't play 32bit midi.
DBA-10 are able to convert some model of Ericsson phones to be bluetooth enable.

That's has nothing to do with the transfer part. You can do the transfer, but playing such a MIDI might not be possible, depending of the MIDI-file.

That depends of the MIDI. If you transfer SP-MIDI with the max polyphony of 32 to the device that supports SP-MIDI with polyphony of 24, there shouldn't be any problems playing it.

Wrong, i can play midis with more than 24bits on my t300. It just doesnt sound as nice if more than 24 intruments are used
at teh same time
