The difference in filesize isn't all that huge, and the myth of that OGGs should sound better than MP3s when compressed is exactly that: a myth. There are differences, surely, but if it's better... nah, I wouldn't say that.
I reckon you'll conserve more memory by not installing an OGG player, and keep using MP3.
