Yes i too have this problem and its a pain in the arse. O2 tryed to say i changed my password, why the hell would i do that??
There is deafinatly a problem on there end and it persistantly plays up. Ive also had duplicate emails sent to me, this is another problem.
Ask them to try to login to your email, i did this so they could see for them stupid selves. If they try saying its your fault again ask them so why are there posts on esato.com with other people with the same problem.

Yep, I'm havin the same problem.
Have just got my T610 and have set up both my Boltblue and O2 Email with some help from the guys on here.
However, I can not get my O2Mail from the Active menu without getting a login failure !!!!!!!, does the service work ?

O2 email is an ongoing problem, neither of my O2 phones will allow access to the O2 Email site anymore. I can access it perfectly from a PC, so it caanot be Password or Username problems. I can log on to WAP fine, but O2 refuse to answer my questions, they dont even seem to understand the question. The shop just refer me to the premium rate number, depsite one of the accoutns being a business account. there ARE some people in O2 who used to work for Cellnet Network Services, they can always help but are very difficult to get hold of, I will keep trying and report back.
