In good 'ole USA we would call this the making of a Class Action Lawsuit... It starts by numerous letters to Corporate with a list of grievances. Then onto the congressman, better business bureau, consumer affairs. Then taking the case to an advocate that specializes in CAL against big corporations. Then we'd most likely get an offer for a settlement. Hold out on the first offer. Then get a sweet deal with monetary returns and bonuses like free Pxxx phones and accessories

.
ll these ideas probably sound convoluted to most of you, but it comes from growing up in a family of lawyers and judges.

But then again it works. A whole bunch of plp just got a small settlement check in the mail today from a big CAL against several major companies that were raising music CDs prices. Most plp around the world would shrug off the idea and say it's inflation. We on the otherhand challenge the companies and say they're deflating our pockets for their own greed and get the government to force them to make things right.

@BigFeat
Perhaps you didn't notice that the chap in question is British, which means that far from taking legal action, he must bravely carry on regardless keeping a stiff upper lip throughout. All is not lost, however, because he shall be able to tell his tale to captivated audiences over cigars and cognac a many a table. A happy ending for all I believe.

@ Scots-
I was aware he was a Brit and I'm aware he's talking about Celestica UK. I made comments about Celestica UK and Celestica USA sharing the same poor customer relation. All problems noted on this board about Celestica UK has been echoed about Celestica USA. So if one were to be affected I'm sure streamlining would trickle down to its global sisters as well. That's just how things work when legal actions are taken. I plan on purchasing more SE products as they are released and if Celestica is what I have to depend on in the distant future for product care then I'm sure to relive the same experiences over and over. As many visits that I've paid to the UK, from my observations I just have to say plp are just too damn nice to those that sh*$ on them. Tamper tantrums don't solve nothing so that don't count.
