I had my insurance, at the point of purchase, from CPW...
You get discounts on future purchases from them due to this, apparently, and can get 2nd hand accessories at discount prices too...
Apart from that, the insurance covers the phone for almost all eventualities... loss, theft, even loss if a 3rd party was in posession of the phone at the time of the event, which many will not cover, as well as accidental damage, even dropping it down the toilet apparently...
You pay a few pounds every month, taken in 3 monthly instalments... you can also stop at any time, either by contacting them directly, or just denying payment being taken...

Thanks for the advice, guys. I'll look into the options you suggest.
To the person who asked, my P900 cost me £240 sealed and SIM-free.

well I pay 7 pounds every two weeks. It covers theft, personal damage, internal problems, everything. Plus if a new phone come's out they'll buy me a new one for 50 pounds if it's in the same category and my phone is taken care off.
It's a pretty good deal over all.

Wow. Thats a reasonably priced p9. I just paid 200 second hand off ebay for an orange p8. I work for phones4u and i just want to say that i know our insurance is 7.50 a month and covers against everything except if it happened go a pub or club or if it was on public transport. Lame in my opinion.

Excellent service, I would recommend
Yes they do, I've had both my P800 and P900 covered with them. They won't cover them as phones you have to take out the PDA cover which is about £70. Still a good price for the level of cover you get.
