Just tried the number and I got an error right away. Does that mean that if the message I am sending are not getting to there destination that I will get an error to allow me to know this?

I am using satelindo, i know i can sms to singapore (singtel) and singtel subscribers can reply to satelindo's sms. And I am able to sms to malaysia (+601-xxxxxxx) and vice-versa.
