In countries like urs and mine, they preffer to switch everything instead of giving u a new one.In more advanced countries, they don't fiddle and just hands u a new one, it's actually cheaper for them.I suspect dealers have also something to do with it ( i don't have an official SE shop over here for example) and maybe that's why i wouldn't get a new one, no matter what's wrong with it.Cheap bastardz

I don't see how much they are going to save or make any profit by returning the old shell with new circuits , But like earlier i posted about the policy, I happened to open the manual and read the fine print warranty statement " SONY ERICSSON reserves right of replacement and will not be bound to change the handset, However incase of any malfunction the parts or part will be replaced free of cost. The parts will not be returned, They become property of SE BV, SE also will provide refurbished or other similar handsets incase of replacements"
Well I guess its true, I'm having so much trouble with my phone...Man i spent a fortune on it..Guess Will go i for the trade in with the new circuits...Hmmm.
