seems like things are starting to unfold, the officer contacted the eye witnesses who saw the kid with my p900, and they told him everything. my father is setting up the small claims court stuff, because the kid and his mom seem to be reluctant to pay for the damages. i'm personally at a $200 loss, my friend lost about $200-300 worth of stuff, plus the headache of all this... so i'm thinking of sueing for roughly $800-900 bills. also, its a felony in the state of massachusetts to steal over $500 worth of property, even for minors. seems to me like the kid is gonna be put on probation, for school also. the other day he got suspended for telling an administrator to "get off his d*ck" haha seems like a low-life to me. but hey, my p900 is sittin in my room ready to be sent to SE to be fixed, im not crying as hard as i did the day i lost it
but hey, if any of you knows somebody who knows somebody who can take care of the kid for me, i might toss in a few extra bucks for your service
, but watch out, he might get his Dorchester gangsters to pull something, GOD FORBID!
