Yep it was a HOAX.. again..
If in doubt ever abuot any kind of Virus on your PC.. just visit the Symantec website or even any other Virus company to check if its a HOAX or not, im sure they should be able to provide you with accurate information or if its real, a fix for it.

Some people can be really stupid when it comes to distinguishing between a hoax and the real thing. An example is a newspaper here in Cyprus that actually posted an article encouraging the readers to delete the file because it was identified by "specialists" as a virus. @$%@!# I even called them and they insisted until I gave them a link to Symantec's website. heh

As long as your virus definition files are up to date, you should never get a virus. Ignore such emails.
