The gprs dialup code (for example *99***3#) is always the same, the last digit is the number of the internet account configured on your phone... thats why you need to use the wizard, to find out which number your internet gprs account has... other than that the wizard does the exact same thing as a manual setup with standard modem info (with the possible exception of properly detecting the actual connection speed, since it installs pX00 specific modem definitions).

I think u r right abt getting the dial up # via the SE wizard because l first saw my numbers only after the SE wizard attempt. Just that the modem created by the SE wizard wouldnt work 4 me but the one created by the BT wizard did.
Good thing though, we have alternatives.

nor i, just the generic one works which windows xp puts in automatically

I have set up everything but the dial up connection cannot detect the modem...i have an amibom bluetooth pcmcia card...i can pair using the bluetooth neighborhood, but i cannot connect with dial up or even sync vie bt....i'll try reinstalling when i get home..thanx

Has anyone actually got the SE-Wizard to work when connected to the PC with Bluetooth? I can sync, install software, dialup both GPRS and HSCSD just fine with bluetooth - but when trying to use the SE-Wizard it will not find my phone!

Just curious... does the wizard work through bluetooth on P900? If so, how to get it working??
It works fine with my T630

@BANGSTERS best just check your GPRS is actually unlimeted, orange's unlimeted tarif is not! just so you know...
