maby your not allowed to make data calls.just dailing a isp with your phone is just like a normal phonecall,not a datacall..just ask your provider if you can make datacalls..its not a problem with your phne...

try to instal the dial-up program from

T610 package. from there u can link ya phone modem using ya IrDa or bluetooth.
follow the instruction and u will be able to get connected to ya isp.
i did it once about a year ago with T610. and it worked with IrDa modem in T610 but not the bluetooth modem.
the concept is very simple. u have to make sure the pc valid ya phone modem. and T610 have a built in modem for it.

I have been able to use my T610's built-in modem to connect to my ISP using a data cable. however you need to first install the modem using the cd rom that came with the phone.
